Crime-Track.com is an online community policing tool developed to allow business community members and designated Home Owner’s Association Officers to report & monitor information about criminal activity witnessed in the community to aid local law enforcement officers in conducting investigations. All residents may use crime-track.com to report criminal or suspicious activity by using the guest login procedure outlined at the bottom of the page, but do not have access to the incident database.
Registration Required
All Crime-Track.com users must register with the District and fill out a consent form to undergo a background check. Additionally, users will be asked to confirm their acceptance of the terms of use and policy for the site. After both of these steps have been completed the web site administrator will issue a unique log in and password to the user so that they may begin using the site.
Instructions for using www.Crime-Track.com
First-time Users:
1. Go to www.crime-track.com
2. For first-time users, click “New User Registration” located on the center of the web page.
3. Enter your information as requested on the registration form.
4. Once you have completed, click “Submit Information.”
· At this point, your registration will be entered into the Near Northwest Management District.
· You will receive a background check form to complete and return back.
· Please wait 1-2 business days for your log-in and password.

Users with log-in and password:
1. Go to www.crime-track.com:
2. On the blue toolbar, click “Log in.”
3. Please enter your log-in and password and click login.
4. You may now view, print, or submit incidents.
5. To submit incidents, click on the green “Add New” button at top and enter in all data.
Note: Before hitting the “Submit Incident” button, make sure all boxes have data entered. If information not available, use N/A.
6. When you are finished, click “log out” of the system.
Guest User log-in
1. Click on the “Log in” button on the blue toolbar.
2. Click on "Guest Incident Entry" right below "login" and "clear buttons.
3. You may now enter all the information and click "Submit Incident" button.
4. When you are finished, click “log out” of the system.
